It applies to Creative Cruising, the National Roads and Motorists’ Association Limited (ACN 090 839 197) (NRMA) and each wholly owned subsidiary of NRMA (NRMA Group) and to the practices of the agents and contractors engaged by the NRMA Group to provide goods and services. It also applies to your use of any Creative Cruising or NRMA Group website, your dealings with Creative Cruising and the NRMA Group as a member or a customer, and any third party information which may be collected by us.
